Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 large baking (Idaho) potatoes, peeled and diced
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter (at room temperature)
    12 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place potatoes in large saucepan and add water to cover.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer over medium heat until tender, then drain.
    Place potatoes in mixer bowl.
    Cut butter and cheese into small pieces and add to potatoes.
    Beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
    Beat in sour cream.
    Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
    Serve immediately or reheat in a buttered casserole at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
