Chocolate Skillet Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 rounded Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, separated
1 Tbsp. margarine
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 (8-inch) baked pie crust
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and cocoa.
Slightly beat yolks and add milk. Melt margarine in heavy skillet.
Stir in sugar mixture until well blended.
Remove from heat and add egg and milk mixture.
Return to heat and stir until mixture thickens.
Add vanilla and pour into crust.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add 6 tablespoons sugar, one at a time, and cream of tartar.
Spread over chocolate.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until brown.
