Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All vegetables
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in oven; bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven; top with Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Put back in oven; let brown.
