Pickled Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    3/4 c. thinly sliced onion rings
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
Preparation
    Let stand covered in refrigerator for 24 hours.
