Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 beaten eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. Ricotta
    2 eggs
    2 c. Mozzarella, grated (save 1 c. for top)
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. parsley or basil
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Add cheese mixture to crepe.
    Fold one side then the other.
    Add sauce, then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or microwave.
