Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen concentrated lemonade
3 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (16 oz.) can pear halves
Preparation

Drain and chop fruits. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lemonade concentrate and stir until melted. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend in Cool Whip and fold in fruit.
Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold and slice. Makes 12 servings.
