Corned Beef Dip(Reuben) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    32 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
    1 beaten egg
    1 lb. baby Swiss, grated
    8 oz. corned beef, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add beaten egg, sauerkraut, corned beef and cheese.
    Mix well and refrigerate.
    Can be used cold as a regular dip or put on cocktail rye bread and baked for approximately 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
