Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of salt
4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
oil (for frying)
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add melted margarine and egg. Slowly stir in milk until mixture is of batter consistency.
Heat a small amount of oil in a flat skillet.
Make sure skillet is covered.
Pour batter into skillet to make pancakes in size desired.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
