Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crisco
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. or 2 medium sized bananas, mashed
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cream crisco and sugar well.
Add eggs and bananas.
Combine milk and lemon juice.
Add.
The add dry ingredients.
Blend well. Stir in walnuts.
Grease bottom of 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan.
Pour in batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60-70 minutes until bread looks done in cracks on top.
Remove from pan.
Cool on wire rack.
