Low-Fat Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. tri-color noodles, cooked and drained
    2 c. broccoli florets
    6 carrots, peeled and cut
    1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    3/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    ground pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine pasta, broccoli and carrots.
    Set aside.
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper and mustard.
    Pour over salad and toss to coat well.
    Cover and chill 2 hours.
