Vegetable Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can tiny green peas, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
    about 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped (or more)
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimento pieces, sliced or diced and drained
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Heat together vinegar, pepper, salt, sugar and oil until dissolved; set aside to cool.
    Place vegetables in
    a large container and pour dressing over vegetable mixture and refrigerate.
    Serves 6 to 8.
