Sweet Potatoes With Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes (may use canned)
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar (dark)
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    1 (No. 2) can sliced pineapple
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; slice into pieces.
    Place a layer of sweet potatoes in a buttered casserole.
    Cover with a layer of pineapple slices.
    Repeat layers to top.
    Sprinkle top of casserole with remaining ingredients.
    Cook for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Great with ham, but good with barbecue for a change.
