Friendship Cake(Abbreviated Version) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can (size 2 1/2) sliced peaches, packed in heavy syrup
1 can (size 2) crushed pineapple, packed in heavy syrup
1 can (size 2 1/2) fruit cocktail, packed in heavy syrup
2 jars (10 oz. each) maraschino cherries
1 box \"cherry-chip\" or yellow cake mix (no pudding in mix)
2/3 c. oil
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Drain peaches, pineapple and fruit cocktail, reserving juice for other uses; halve cherries.
Combine fruits.
