Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. white flour
1/4 c. salt
2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. food coloring

Preparation

Coat over medium heat.
Stir about 3 to 5 minutes.
Knead on a lightly floured surface.
Store in an airtight container.
