Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. flour (all-purpose)
1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 pkg. nuts (walnut pieces)
Preparation

Mix together well the first 3 ingredients.
Add flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Mix well together.
Mix carrots, pineapple and nuts together.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
