Italian Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    4 c. sifted flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream shortening with sugar.
    Add
    eggs
    and beat well. Add flour with baking powder and
    salt.
    Add 1 cup of milk and vanilla.
    Add
    pecans.
    Drop
    by spoonful and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until done.
