Zesty Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. finely shredded process American cheese (about 2 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley or 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation
    Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves.
    Slip out yolks; mash with fork.
    Mix in salt, mustard, pepper, mayo, cheese and parsley or horseradish.
    Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly.
    Arrange eggs on large serving plate.
    Cover and refrigerate no longer than 24 hours.
    Each egg half can be garnished with cooked shrimp, rolled anchovy fillet or sliced pimento-stuffed olive before serving.
