Red Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. top round steak, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3 c. water
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/3 c. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown steak in hot oil in a Dutch oven.
    Add flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Add water and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until meat is tender.
    Yields about 4 cups.
