Jean'S Mess - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs lean ground beef
    1 med or large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can beef vegetable with barley soup
    1 can chicken gumbo soup
    1 can chicken and rice soup
Preparation
    In large pot, brown meat, onion and garlic.
    Drain excess fat.
    Add soups, one at a time (no water or milk).
    Cook on low heat for 45 minutes, or until bubbly.
    Stir occasionally to keep from sticking. Serve over Chinese noodles, egg noodles, or rice.
