Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, cut in 1/2-inch slices
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. grated carrots
    2 pt. sour cream
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Cook sliced zucchini in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain.
    Add grated carrots.
    Mix in sour cream and season.
    Prepare stuffing according to directions.
    In a well-buttered casserole, cover bottom and sides with moist stuffing.
    Add filling and cover top with stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until filling bubbles.
