Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 c. sugar
    2 large ripe bananas
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream margarine.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Add egg and mix thoroughly.
    Add mashed bananas.
    Add buttermilk and soda mixture alternately with flour into the mixture.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes in a greased and floured loaf pan.
