Paper Bag Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    6 c. tart cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust according to recipe or package directions. In a large bowl, toss apples with sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, lemon juice and seasonings until well coated.
    Spoon into pie shell.
    In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup flour and brown sugar.
    Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples.
    Place pie in large brown, heavy-duty paper bag.
    Fold open end over twice.
    Seal with large paper clips.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
