Iams Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chopped green onion
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    5 lb. ribs (beef or pork)
    1/2 c. wine
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste or chopped seeded red or orange tomato
Preparation
    Cut ribs into manageable portions.
    Place olive oil in hot pan.
    Saute green onions and garlic.
