Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin (neck pumpkin)
    1 c. rich milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. butter or substitute
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into 9-inch pastry lined pie pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
