Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 bunch broccoli, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed and dried
    6 to 8 slices crisp bacon
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 head cauliflower, chopped
    6 to 8 green onions and tops
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Layer in a large container, lettuce, broccoli, peas, bacon, Parmesan cheese, cauliflower, onions and tops and celery.
    Mix together mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Spread over the top like icing.
    Seal tight and chill several hours.
    Toss before serving. Serves 12 to 16 people.
