Apple Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans or other nuts
3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and oil.
Add nuts and apples.
Mix in flour, one cup at a time.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until done.
