Pork Tender Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    3 medium onions, sliced
    2 c. sliced carrots
    1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
    3 large potatoes, sliced thick
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Salt and pepper steak and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt over steak. Cut into pieces. Brown in small amount of oil or shortening. Place meat in bottom of casserole. Top with onions, then potatoes, ending with carrots. Spread tomato soup over top until covered. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
