Chicken Huntington - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken fryers
4 stalks celery
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. noodles (large)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 small jar pimento
1 pkg. frozen peas
Preparation

Cook chicken in deep water with chopped celery and onion. When chicken is tender, remove and bone.
Strain celery and onion from broth.
Cook noodles in broth and drain.
Mix chicken, noodles, portion of grated Velveeta cheese, celery, onion, 1/2 small jar pimentos, cut up, cream of mushroom soup and frozen peas.
Place in a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex pan.
Put remaining grated cheese on top and cook, covered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
