Paella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rice and saffron (vigo flavoring and coloring)
    4 pork chops, browned
    4 chicken thighs, browned (other pieces okay)
    1 lb. cleaned shrimp
    4 lobster tails, split and cleaned
    8 crab claws
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 green pepper, chopped
    4 to 5 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Brown chops and chicken until done or almost done; set aside. In large roaster, brown onions, peppers and garlic to soft state in 1/2 cup olive oil.
    Wash 3 cups rice in strainer until water is clear.
