Old-Fashion Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter or margarine, soft
    2 Tbsp. lard or shortening
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs for 5 minutes.
    Add sugar, butter, shortening and vanilla.
    Cream all together.
    Add flour and milk and beat until smooth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until when toothpick is stuck in center comes out clean.
