Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    margarine (for frying)
Preparation
    Mix bread, seasoning and mayonnaise.
    Add crabmeat; mix gently but thoroughly.
    If too dry add more mayonnaise.
    Cook cakes in frypan until brown, 5 minutes or deep fry.
    Makes 6 crab cakes.
