Fresh Apple Cake(This Cake Is Even Better After 2 Days.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. raw apple, chopped
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and oil.
Add juice and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Mix with sugar and egg mixture.
Add apples, pecans and coconut.
Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Leave cake in pan and pour icing over while hot.
