Sweet Potato Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2 medium sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Peel and slice sweet potatoes and cook until done. Add 1 1/2 cups sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Pour into casserole dish. Combine melted butter, milk, remaining sugar and flour in a medium bowl and mix well. Pour over sweet potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
