Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 carton half and half
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. white wine
1/4 lb. cooked spaghetti
1 1/2 c. diced turkey, cooked
Preparation

Brown green pepper, onion and mushrooms in 3 tablespoons margarine. Cook until tender. Add mushroom soup, half and half, Cheddar cheese, wine, cooked spaghetti and turkey.
Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot.
