Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 can salmon
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 beaten egg yolks
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Soak bread crumbs in milk for 10 minutes.
    Blend salmon in the rest of the ingredients, except egg whites.
    Fold in salmon to egg whites.
    Put in greased loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes.
