Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation
    Beat eggs in bowl until foamy.
    Add sugar, vanilla and mixture of flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
    Stir in oil, dates, nuts and zucchini; mix well.
    Divide between 2 lightly greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tests done.
    Cool on wire rack then remove from pans.
