Tomato Florentine Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 medium onions, diced
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 (1 lb.) cans crushed tomatoes
    1/2 c. wine (white)
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 c. fresh spinach, blanched and cut up
    2 c. shell noodles, cooked just a little
    1 c. heavy cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large saucepan, saute onions in butter over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Add chicken stock, tomatoes, parsley, bay leaves, paprika, sugar and salt and pepper to onions in pan.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
