Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned salmon, flaked and drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 tsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and chill several hours. Shape into a log and roll in parsley flakes and chopped nuts.
    Serve with crackers of your choice.
