New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. new potatoes
    3 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    4 tsp. margarine
    4 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of garlic salt (optional)
    1 Tbsp. celery (optional)
Preparation
    Peel or scrub tiny new potatoes.
    Cook in boiling salted water 15 or 20 minutes, drain.
    Make a white sauce of the remaining ingredients.
    Combine potatoes and sauce.
