Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Add sugar to eggs.
Beat well.
Add Wesson oil; mix well. Sift dry ingredients 3 times and mix with carrots and nuts.
Add to the egg mixture and mix well.
Pour into 3 well-greased layer cake pans and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
