Crunchy Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, sliced into rings
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. cauliflower flowerets
    1 c. Brussels sprouts, halved
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. dried basil
    3/4 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    3 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
    1 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter in a large skillet until onion is tender.
    Add water and bouillon granules, stirring until granules are dissolved.
    Add next 6 ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes.
    Drain well. Combine vegetables and next 6 ingredients, tossing gently.
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
