Ingredients

2 (4 oz.) pkg. whipped cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. shortcake dessert cups
1 (3 1/2 oz.) flaked coconut
1 qt. fresh strawberries, sweetened
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, sugar, milk and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Remove small amount of center from each dessert cup; frost cups with cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with coconut. Spoon strawberries into centers at serving time.
Yield: 8 servings.
