English Suet Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. baking molasses
1 c. milk
1 c. suet, chopped fine or 1/2 c. butter
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. dates
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients adding salt to taste.
Pour into greased mold.
Steam 2 hours.
