Fudge Nut Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    2 c. light brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. instant oats
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    1 c. condensed milk
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream oleo and brown sugar, then add eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well and add oats. Set aside. In a double boiler, melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, oleo and salt. Add nuts and vanilla. Spread 2/3 dough in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with chocolate mixture. Swirl rest of dough on top of chocolate filling. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Let cool. Cut and place on rack. Freezes well.
