Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice, cooked
    2 medium bell peppers
    2 medium onions
    4 strips bacon, fried
    1 can tomatoes
    1 c. tomato sauce or ketchup
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry bacon, remove and place on paper towel.
    Brown onion and bell pepper in drippings.
    Add tomatoes, sauce, Tabasco and bacon. Pour in greased casserole; sprinkle top with cheese and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
