Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pastry shell
    6 c. unpared, sliced apples (5 to 7 tart apples)
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Place sliced apples in unbaked pastry shell.
    Combine 1/2 cup of the sugar with cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
    Combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar with flour; cut in butter or margarine until crumbly.
    Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until apples are tender; cool.
    Serves 6 to 8.
