French Fried Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. dried crushed oregano
1 lb. small mushrooms (about 40)
corn oil (for frying)
salt
tartar sauce (optional)
Preparation

Organize ingredients as follows:
Put the 1/4 cup milk in a small bowl.
Put flour on sheet of waxed paper.
Beat egg with the 2 tablespoons milk in another small bowl.
Mix bread crumbs and oregano on sheet of waxed paper.
Have ready 1 or 2 small racks.
