Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, diced finely
    1/2 c. celery, diced finely
    1/2 c. onion, diced finely
    2/3 c. carrots, diced finely
    2 1/4 c. water
    1 or 2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together and cook until veggies are tender. Make a paste of milk and flour; add to veggies and cook until smooth and thick, stirring often. Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted; do not add salt.
