Sour Cream Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    Combine potatoes (defrosted), 1/2 cup butter, salt and pepper. Add sour cream, cheese and soup.
    Blend thoroughly and pour in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix remaining butter with corn flakes and put on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
