Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
6 oz. cottage cheese
4 eggs, well beaten
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 onion (size of egg or larger), chopped
1 stick melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Drain broccoli in colander or wire strainer for an hour before mixing in the bread.
